A Word from Tricia

LET'S MAKE HEALTHY EATING NOT JUST A TREND, BUT A JOYFUL TRADITION

My mama always said, "a dinner plate should always have 3 colors." She didn’t have a degree in nutrition, but she did understand a well-balanced meal. And with the same mindset, from a dairy farm in Ada, Oklahoma as a child to a ranch in Allen, Oklahoma I have always loved looking in my cupboard for ingredients to create healthy food for family and friends. 

Here are a few tips to help not only nourish your body but fuel your spirit. Remember, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!!!

It is my prayer that this page inspires you to create more time around the dinner table enjoying family and friends and eating healthy meals. Unfortunately, to do that in this day and time has become a challenge. Together, we can reclaim the lost art of shared nutritional meals and build a world where the aroma of home-cooked food is synonymous with love, laughter, and lasting memories.

Let’s gather 'round the table and nourish ourselves, body and soul. Take one small step today: visit a local farmer's market, try a new vegetable, or simply share a meal with loved ones. Small changes lead to big results.
